This incident resulted in the temporary closure of the CTA tunnel and the T3 parking area.

An additional two individuals are now in custody related to a theft at Heathrow Airport in which over twenty individuals were injured by what is thought to be pepper spray, according to law enforcement.

A 24-year-old man, was taken into custody in the Lambeth area on suspicion of robbery and assault and a 23-year-old woman was arrested on suspicion of conspiring to commit a robbery. Both individuals remain in custody, the force said.

The arrests come after a probe into an assault at the multi-level parking garage at Heathrow's Terminal 3 this past Sunday. Prior to the attack, a pair of female travelers had stolen from them their suitcases after getting out of a car park lift.

A three-year-old girl was one of the injured in the event. A total of five individuals were taken to the hospital for treatment and were later released.

Officers detained a 31-year-old man on suspicion of theft and assault close to the scene. He has since been released pending further inquiries as the investigation proceeds.

Authorities were called at approximately 8:10 in the morning GMT after reports came in regarding a number of individuals hurt by an irritating chemical thought to be an irritant spray.

The assault - which authorities stated was a standalone incident and not considered terrorism - caused train delays and the partial closure of the main airport tunnel and the T3 car park for a short time.
